Yesterday, Shay and I went and picked up a pair of bunnies from Cassie, one of Shay’s coworkers- Oscar, a white and black Holland Lop and Felix, a black Lionhead. Oscar is the more active of the two. Whenever the top of their enclosure is lifted off he’s trying to peek out, and I’m sure if he could, he’d climb out, like he tried to climb out of the box we had him in while trying to put the enclosure together. He likes being picked up but really kicks when you try to put him back down.
Felix on the other hand is quite shy. He seems content to just sit in one spot and is kind of skittish. He’ll try to run away if you go to pick him up, but when you hold him against your chest he calms down, until you try to put him back down, where he kicks again.
They are both wonderful animals though, and I’m glad we have them.
