So, I’m really really tired today

What was supposed to be a short phone call turned into a 5 hour thing of cutness and silliness.

And I wouldn’t want it any other way.

So I almost lost it on the way to work today…

I have an ipod. I listen to it on the bus on the way to work, while I’m at work, and on the bus on the way home. I usually just throw all the songs on shuffle and whatever pops up, pops up. If I don’t want to listen to it I’ll skip over it. The first song I always listen to is Sort of a Protest Song by Matt Good. Most people who know me know how much I love that song and how much it means to me. I may get into that someday, but not now- you’ll just have to live with me saying that it’s important to me and brings up all kinds of emotions in me. So I listen to that song and I’m thinking like I usually do, and it ends, and the next song that pops up is A Single Explosion. When I hear that song, I’m not sure whether I want to cry or laugh or smile- it brings up so many conflicting emotions at once. The combination of those two songs was not good, and I could feel myself on the verge of breaking down. Yay for me, I kept it together.
