England tied Sweden yesterday, 2-2, after a stellar first half performance and mediocre second half which Sweden dominated.
I’m going to get a hedgehog.

England 2, Trinidad and Tobago 0

England wins with a goal in the 83rd minute and another scored in stoppage time. From what I understand, it was another lackluster performance, but a win is a win.

If they want to get through the knockout stages, they’ll have to pick up their game.

England plays T&T tomorrow at 9:30 MST.
I wish I could watch it, but alas, I am working.
England should win this game without too much of a challenge, but they have to actually score their own goals in order for it to happen. If Rooney happens to come back for tomorrow’s match, they definitely have a much better shot at it.

England 1, Paraguay 0

England defeated Paraguay in their opening match of the World Cup, thanks to Paraguay scoring an own goal in the third minute. I didn’t watch the game, but based on the couple articles I’ve read about the game, England really needs to step their game up.
